UNESCO's Audiovisual E-Platform has been created by UNESCO's Communication Development Division following 33 C/5 Programme V.1.3.1.3 adopted by the General Conference.
Filmmakers invited to showcase their work on the E-Platform are deemed responsible for the choice and presentation of the facts in their films and for the opinions expressed therein, which are not necessarily those of UNESCO and do not commit to the Organization.
The films exhibited on the E-Platform, either from independent filmmakers or from any of the theme catalogues, do not imply the expression of any opinion whatsoever on the part of UNESCO concerning the legal status of any country, territory, city or area of its authorities, or concerning the delimitation of its frontiers or boundaries.
