To provide Bangladesh with its first nation-wide Bengali Language news
agency service.
To provide
central networking system at UNB and communication receiving terminals
at 50 provincial and district newspapers and media outlets.
To upgrade communication links between Dhaka office, regional bureaux
and electronics media subscribers. The training of technical and operational
staff both in headquarters and subscriber organisations. Training of
provincial journalists.
