funded under FIT by France.
RCA has visited Hanoi following to the installation of equipment to
identify the training needs.
The project activities were delayed due to change of local collaborating
agency.
The original Prodoc mentioned the need to provide equipment to Ho-Chi-
Min TV and Radio station. Since the proposal was submitted to the IPDC
sufficient resources from other sources have been mobilised by the project
proponents to provide equipment to Ho-Chi-Minh station. Thus the current
project concentrated broadcasting stations in Hanoi and its suburb
(Ha-tay).
