concerning the license to private media cuased a delay in implementing
the project. Due to unclear situation of future of Somoniyon it was
decided that equipment should be installed and used at the MRC in Bishkek.
This way, a Regional Television Development Production Studio will be
established, managed by a fully trained production team. Equipment will
be installed at the MRC in Bishkek as soon as its TV studio has been
renovated. Project completed. o Evaluation pending.
