Provide technical
assistance to design and develop a strategy of communication and public
information for the strengthening of the nationalization process of
the Panama Channel.

on historic, politic, economic, social and cultural aspects regarding
the Panama Channel has been gathered and analyzed.
2. A plan to aware population and mass media of Panama about the programme
"Panama 2000 Encounter" has been designed.
3. An informative manual on the Panama Channel addressed to journalists
of communication media and national/international news agencies has
been prepared.
