Integrate remote communities in national development plans by improving the flow of information between them and the national community. Set up a professionally-trained team to produce TV programmes of all kinds, and a technical group specialized in support for production and transmission.

A system of technical support for improving the Television Serrana's transmission and production capacity has been designed and developed. Adequate video equipment has been purchased. Technical staff has been trained on the use of the equipment.
