Objectives
|
Sustain technical and artistic training for video and TV as an instrument
of education and communication. Make good use of the nature of EICTV's
pilot experiment in audio-visual training in the Third World so that
it can become a multi-national centre for the exchange of knowledge
and technology.

and sound editing have been carried out. 42 movie producers have been
trained. Adequate equipment has been purchased. Publish two teaching
guides. Film the training seminars and workshops in order to circulate
