To upgrade and modernise the SIBC's news gathering, processing and dissemination operations through the computerisation of national newsroom facilities.
To develop appropriate human resources at SIBC for operation, management and maintenance.

The newsroom systems have been evaluated. NewsBoss was selected. The purchase order has been placed.
