I condemn the murder of Mohiuddin Sarkar Nayem. I call on the authorities to investigate this killing and bring its perpetrators to justice. Crimes against journalists undermine the rule of law and societies’ ability to make informed choices. Gunpoint censorship must not be allowed to go unpunished.
