Ha Noi Rethink - Call for application to design and build the project website
Background Rationale  Recognized as UNESCO Creative City of Design in 2019 Ha Noi has committed to place culture and creativity at the core of its sustainable development with a wider vision to become a leading creative hub of Southeast Asia In order to support the commitment of the city UNESCO is leading the project Mobilizing Cultural Dynamics and Youth Participation towards Ha Noi Creative Capital with the slogan Hanoi Rethink together with other two implementing partners UNIDO and UN Habitat with the support from SOVICO GROUP This project will support Ha Noi City to implement its new strategic vision of a Creative City of Design harnessing its cultural assets and youth participation as key agents for innovation creativity and social change Under  the scope of the project there are series of activities implemented by UNESCO UN Habitat UNIDO as well as other partners Therefore there is a need for a website dedicated to the project on which all events are listed to make it easier for the public to follow This will also serve as an open archive for research and knowledgement management   Assignments The contractor will work closely with the Culture Project Officer under the supervision of the UNESCO Culture Program Coordinator and shall be responsible for developing the website with specific tasks as of followings Develop a blueprint of the website wireframing with Homepage Event list Event Page News Article About Search Result Error Pages Web design and development Website testing Hosting domain licensing fee for 3 years Support the deployment of content and provide website maintenance   Budget The proposed budget will be negotiated and decided according to UNESCOs regulations Application and Procedure Interested companiesinstitutions can send the quotation to email with the subject CLT Ha Noi Rethink Website Development by September 22nd 2021 to tntranunescoorg The application should include CVs or companys profile Detail budget proposalsquotations including the budget breakdown by Tasks as stated in Part 2 Assignments
