Open and distance learning system constitutes a potential alternative for promoting quality human resources development in Indonesia in challenge of the coming global competition. The establishment of Indonesian Distance Learning Network (IDLN) is meant to diffuse the development of ODL system in Indonesia. This network is a forum of collaboration amongst distance learning providers of both the public and private sectors. This video outlines the functions, roles and benefits of IDLN.
