This film shows how the UNESCO project Empowering Local Radios with ICTs supports local radio stations in Africa. Since 2012, the project has built the capacity of 59 local radios in 10 African countries. Its overall goal is to improve the lives of the poor, especially women and girls, by raising local radio stations' quality programming.
