The film is then divided into three parts : 1 - Deals with WHO ; 2 - Shows the progress made in Mexico through a loan by the International Bank ; 3 - Scenes from a drama by Mr. Paul Green entitled Common Glory, in which Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin and Adams are seen discussing freedom and equality.
