This talk contains information about the Cambodia and the acceptance of the national programme of fundamental education by UNESCO and adopted by the Cambodian government. This programme included the opening of a national leaders training centre for fundamental educators. The aid from UNESCO for the development of international understanding has brought to Cambodia the feeling that all countries belonging to UNESCO are contributing their share towards the development of under privileged countries.
