The interview stresses how UNESCO is a cooperative service organization that does what their parliament (made up of representatives from 68 member nations) tells them to do in order to create positive change in the world. Dr. Taylor's hopes for UNESCO's future are highlighted in the interview, he stresses that he wishes the organization to have more member states, eventually having every government represented, a much larger budget, and continued advocacy for peaceful means of world improvement.
