Prof. Zhang Deming, is the President of the Shanghai TV University, which is honored and proud to host and to coordinate the UNITWIN Network in ODL. The establishement of this UNITWIN Network benefit a lot of consultation and sharing experiences from different countries. The partner institutions of this Network are Open universities of South Korea and Mongolia.
