This recording is a round table discussion about the recent centenary meeting of the World Alliance of Young Men's Christian Associations (YMCA), facilitated by Mr. Welling and held in Paris in 1955. The discussion was recorded at the UNESCO studios, and features three delegates who attended the meeting; Paul Limbert from the United States of America, the general secretary of the World Alliance; reverend Tore Littmark from Sweden, and Chakko-George from India, the chairman of the Young Men's Work Committee. The speakers explain the history of the YMCA and the World Alliance of YMCAs, their purposes, and the topics and issues that were discussed at the centenary meeting.
