In this talk, members of the International Music Council discuss the exchange of music between different countries and peoples. Music is considered an international language, which can be used to create common bonds between cultures. The International Music Council's main objectives were to use different means of communication to spread music from different countries to the public, and to connect the public with contemporary composers.
