In this recording, William T. O'Dea, a Technical Assistance expert, describes his work in Ceylon, now Sri Lanka. Under the Technical Assistance Programme, he helped to establish a science museum which would focus on children and encourage them to explore careers in engineering and science. Mr. O'Dea concludes his talk by discussing the process of building a science museum and the various challenges of attracting visitors.
