United Nations' Human Rights Day 1956

Language: English

On 10 December 1948, the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Produced for the 8th anniversary of the declaration, this recording focuses on the right to education and brings awareness to the countries which lack the resources to support accessible education for all people. To combat this issue, UNESCO has conducted a number of projects in various countries for the implementation of Fundamental Education. This programme features recordings from different nations.
