Living with HIV

Language: Multilingual

The Global network of Young TV producers on HIV and AIDS is a a project initiated by UNESCO. The Asia-Pacific Institute for Broadcasting Development has been partnering in this project to build up a network in the Asia Pacific region.
Three batches of producers have already been trained earlier in the region. This movie presents the creations from the fourth batch of producers trained under the project.

In March-April 2008 twelve young TV producers from Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam were trained to produce programmes on HIV and related issues. The programmes had to be scientifically accurate, while being socially and ethically just. After the three-week workshop in Bangkok, the producers went back to their respective countries to produce programmes on HIV and AIDS.

Six programmes were received from the producers and five of them have been brought together in this movie.
