May the night be short
Three stories from the streets of Dakar: Mamadou, a runaway kid in a gang, always hungry and afraid of the police. Souleymane, a shoeshine boy, exiled to Dakar by the drought that has hit his village. Modou, a child beggar, exploited in the name of religion. They all learn for their right to education. Throughout the world there are an estimated 100 millions children who survive, work and sleep on the streets. For all of them, education is the only way out.
