SDG 6 for Children – Clean Water and Sanitation
This video relates to target 6.3: “By 2030, improve water quality by reducing pollution, eliminating dumping and minimizing release of hazardous chemicals and materials, halving the proportion of untreated wastewater and substantially increasing recycling and safe reuse globally.”
In order to raise awareness among children from 7 to 11 years old and their school community about the importance of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), UNESCO Brazil, in partnership with the Brazilian Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Environment, selected nine Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and some of its targets related to ESD.
