This recording is the shortened version of an interview in which Robert Mayhrey of UNESCO's department of natural sciences and Sergay Petrouchine of UNESCO's department of éducation discuss their work on a UNICEF-funded project aimed at rehabilitating the primary education system in Skopje, North Macedonia (formerly part of Yugoslavia) following an earthquake. Mayhrey and Petrouchine also worked in Belgrade, Serbia (formerly part of Yugoslavia) introducing scientific equipment into the school system, and helped establish a university library in Skopje.
