Mr. Somebody is a Human Rights Day anniversary UNESCO feature programme. This programme highlights the 6th anniversary of the proclamation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This Declaration was adopted unanimously by the General Assembly of the United Nations meeting at the Palais de Chaillot on the 19th December, 1948. This programme was produced in the studios of UNESCO in Paris by Keith Wood. This radio play was adapted from the original French version by Fernand Pouey.
