The 3rd award ceremony of the “UNESCO-Hamdan Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum Prize for Outstanding Practice and Performance in Enhancing the Effectiveness of Teachers” was held at UNESCO Headquarters, on the 7th of October 2014. The laureates of this 3rd edition were: SOS Villages d'Enfants Madagascar (Madagascar), Fundacion ProEd (Panama) and Education International/Oxfam Novib (Belgium).
