Multilingualism with international signs-YoGoTe

Résumé

Students from UNESCO-ASP schools in 14 different countries from Europe, Asia and Africa make up learning groups for languages from these countries.
The language teaching methodology is the same for all, based in the use of international signs as a learning tool as well as an additional international communication channel.
All the learning materials are accessible on-line and free for everybody.
The role of the teachers is to facilitate the access to the learning materials, to coordinate the activitiesof the students´ groups and to try to find partner schools at the desired counttries.
The activities are planned for two years.
The first year the students work at each school learning basic expressions in the desired languages and making intercultural activities.
The second year they go ahead with the help of their colleagues in the other countries, exchanging all kind of information about their cultures and societies.
