Description of the policy/measure
The government has established measures of strengthening the skills and capacities of civil societies. the related measure is: - supporting the cultural activities to strength the skills and capacities of civil society organizations, the government has adopted the program of supporting cultural activities, to multiply the artistic and cultural event. providing financial fund and materials to improve the creation, production, distribution and dissemination of cultural goods and service.
