Description of the policy/measure

Signed in 2020, the memorandum of understanding in is article 2 includes an area of cooperation focusing on the exchange of experts in the fields of culture such as music, theater, folk art and handicraft industry in both countries, along with the participation in international cultural events held in both countries.
