La snc puso en funcionamiento una plataforma digital para el registro de artistas, gestores y organizaciones culturales del paraguay que permite el procesamiento de informacion especifica de los distintos agentes (creador, interprete, productor, gestor, formador, difusor y otros) en la diversidad de las expresiones culturales en el paraguay, visibilizandolos para el diseno de programas y acciones especificas que favorezcan el desarrollo cultural nacional. fue desarrollada en articulacion con distintas organizaciones e instituciones del sector cultural nacional e internacional. funcionara como un espacio de actualizacion constante, y estara vinculado al sistema de informacion cultural del paraguay (sicpy). ademas, tera constituyo como una herramienta para el empadronamiento en el marco de la ley ndeg 6584/2020, que preve "la transferencia de fondos en concepto de apoyo financiero a artistas, gestores culturales y personas (nacionales, naturalizados y extranjeros residentes en el pais) cuya actividad laboral se encuentre directamente vinculada a las expresiones artisticas o culturales en sus diversas manifestaciones, que hayan quedado imposibilitados de realizar sus expresiones, vocaciones o actuaciones, debido a las restricciones impuestas por las autoridades competentes en el marco de la emergencia sanitaria producto de la pandemia producida por el virus covid-19". the snc put into operation a digital platform for the registration of artists, managers and cultural organizations in paraguay that allows the processing of specific information of the different agents (creator, interpreter, producer, manager, trainer, broadcaster and others) in the diversity of cultural expressions in paraguay, making them visible for the design of specific programs and actions that favor national cultural development. it was developed in coordination with different organizations and institutions of the national and international cultural sector. it will function as a space for constant updating, and will be linked to the paraguayan cultural information system (sicpy). in addition, tera constituted as a tool for registration within the framework of law no. 6584/2020, which provides for "the transfer of funds as financial support to artists, cultural managers and people (nationals, naturalized and foreign residents in country) whose work activity is directly linked to artistic or cultural expressions in their various manifestations, which have been unable to carry out their expressions, vocations or actions, due to the restrictions imposed by the competent authorities in the framework of the health emergency product of the pandemic produced by the covid-19 virus ".
