2024 | Meeting of the open-ended working group on the proposed revisions of the Rules of Procedure of the Conference of Parties

The meeting of the open-ended working group on the proposed revisions to the Rules of Procedure of the Conference of Parties to the 2005 Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions is held on 24 April 2024 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. (CET) in Room XI and online.

This meeting is organized at the request of the Conference of Parties (Resolution 9.CP 10) to establish an open-ended working group chaired by the Chairperson of the ninth session of the Conference of Parties, Her Excellency Ms Elia Del Carmen Guerra Jurado (Panama), to further examine the proposed revisions to the Rules of Procedure and to propose for consideration a final draft text at the tenth session of the Conference of Parties in 2025 for possible adoption. 

Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English and French.
