CIES - The power of platforms and impact of technology philanthropy and other technology actors on education development

The GEM report director will be the discussant on a panel on technology philanthropy convened by NORRAG. The panel will address the points of intersection between the 2021/2 GEM Report on non-state actors in education and the 2023 GEM Report on technology and education due to be launched this July.
