Youth called to join a global consultation at ECOSOC on the 2023 Youth Report on technology and education

The GEM Report and Restless Development are organizing a side-event at the 2023 ECOSOC Youth Forum in New York on Wednesday 26 April at 1:30-3:00 pm to launch the global consultation process of the 2023 Youth report on technology and education. The event is taking place in person at the Ford Foundation. 

As the main platform for youth to share their ideas at the global level, the Forum allows representatives of youth-led and youth-focused organizations and networks, youth advocates and other youth stakeholders to dialogue with Member States, and to explore ways and means of promoting youth development and engagement.

During the event youth activists will be invited to reflect on what the youth report on technology and education should cover and to share examples of best practices on the use of technology of education.  The event will launch the global consultation process for the youth report which will take place from April to September.
