Permanent Delegate of the Republic of Bulgaria to UNESCO (March 2024)

The Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) received on Thursday 21 March 2024 H.E. Ms Radka Balabanova-Ruleva, who presented her with the letters accrediting her as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to France, Permanent Delegate of the Republic of Bulgaria to the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
