Training on legal security and access to information

2-3 February 2017 the North Kazakhstan Legal Media Center with the support of UNESCO Almaty Office and the International Programme for the Development of Communication organized a two-day training in Kazakh language, aimed at the effective use of the right of journalists to access to information in Kyzylorda city.

Training was strengthen the environment for press freedom, journalistic safety and self-regulation for on-line and off-line media. Print and online journalists of national and regional media outlets have acquired skills and knowledge on legal security of access to the information.

The trainer from the Public Fund International Legal Initiative held activities in Kazak language.
