Rights and Obligations to Promote a Better Future

GCED gives learners the competencies and opportunity to realize their rights and obligations to promote a better world and future for all.

Accountability in Education

UNESCO in Brazil has made efforts regarding accountability with a focus on establishing cooperation regarding ethical aspects as applied to education and professional qualification in fields of knowledge associated with the issue of responsibility to ensure that leaders, directors, and managers commit themselves to reaching goals established by educational policies.
