The Inclusive Internet Index

The index seeks to measure the extent to which the internet is not only accessible and affordable, but also relevant to all, allowing usage that enables positive social and economic outcomes. It assesses the performance of 120 countries across four categories: Accessibility, Affordability, Relevance and Readiness. Each of these incorporates key indicators of internet inclusion, including quantitative measures (e.g. network coverage, pricing) and qualitative measures (e.g. presence of e-inclusion policies, local-language content).
