Lumen database

Lumen gathers and analyses content-removal requests sent to internet publishers, search engines, and service providers. The database's purpose is to promote transparency on who sends and receives these notices, why, and what online content they refer to. Lumen aims to facilitate research on the different complaints gathered through contributions from various companies, such as Twitter, Google, and Youtube.
