ResiliArt debate on museums: Museum and its audiences in times of crisis
“The debate will be in Spanish and transmitted live on Youtube at Ibermuseums Channel.”
On June 18 2020 (10:00 in Chile and 16:00 in France) with the support of UNESCO, Ibermuseums will host the second ResiliArt debate of the series “Ibermuseums Panels: museums, culture and heritage” . Titled “Museum and its audiences in times of crisis: dissemination, communication, accessibility, inclusion and equality,” the virtual discussion will explore strategies and tools that museums may adopt in order to maintain a close relationship with their audiences during the period of lockdown and physical distancing which has deeply disrupted the museum sector. ResiliArt Ibermuseums will take into account the growing digital gaps around the world as well as the saturation of cultural content on the internet. Panelist from 5 countries of the Ibero-American region will take part in this debate. Registration will be opened until June 12.
